Guyana vs Rwanda: Nutrient nitrogen N (total) — Indirect emissions (N2O that)
Nutrient nitrogen N (total) — Indirect emissions (N2O that) over time
- Guyana
- Rwanda
How they compare
Rwanda currently reports 0.0229 kt against 0.0218 kt in Guyana, a difference of 0.0011 kt.
That makes Rwanda's figure about 1.1 times Guyana's.
The two have swapped places 5 times across 65 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Guyana ahead.
Guyana ranks 127th and Rwanda ranks 126th of 199 countries.
Across the 9 decades both report, Guyana averaged higher in 8 and Rwanda in 1.

About this data
The FAOSTAT domain on Emissions from Crops provides estimates of emissions associated with crop processes, namely 1) crop residues, 2) burning of crop residues, and 3) rice cultivation and the application of nitrogen (N) fertilizers, including mineral and chemical fertilizers, to soils. Estimates are computed at Tier 1 following the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National greenhouse gas (GHG) Inventories (IPCC, 2006).
